a.  Plan of the proposed site indicating surroundings, roads and buildings up to a distance of 75 meters from the perimeter. Schools, Hospitals, Temples or other similar places should be clearly indicated in the plan along with floor wise plans (3 sets)
b.  Certificate from the Collector for non-agricultural land.
c.  Property Card.
d.  Appointment letter of the Architect.
e.  Agreement between landowner and Builder/Developer or Power of Attorney.
f.  Copies of applications submitted to the Building Proposal Department along with their remarks

3.  One set of plan along with the application is forwarded to the Traffic branch for their remarks from the traffic point of view.
After the reports are received, the licensing authority decide upon the application and the applicant is intimated accordingly.
