Note - Applicant should attach the following along with the application :-
1) A Demand Draft of Rs.200/- in the Name of The Commissioner of Police, Thane city
2) Two recent passport size colour photographs.
3) Residential proof. i.e Ration Card / Societies letter / Electricity Bill / Telephone Bill, etc.
4) Xerox copy of the School Leaving Certificate
5) Xerox copy of the Passport / Driving License / Election Card [if any]
