  Serious offences not opened by the Police

In Ulhasnagar Police Station CR. No. 1168/01, U/s 302,201,34 IPC, the complainant Shri Ghanshyam Omprakash Winwani, age 36 years, business-employee, resident of Hollywood Apt. Flat No.601, behind Chopda Court, Ulhasnagar-3, complaint was registered that anyone person telling his name Ramesh taking Gala on rent from the complainant, with the help his partners

murdered two persons named Anub @ Anawearasan Shetty by rope of sewing machine and Madhayan Chenkeswan Sheety pulling round neck by electric wire and by giving harmful dashes on head by weabens murdered this two person. These two dead bodies were kept in one-one white plastic goni separately and tied them tightly were thrown in the toilet tank inside Gala. Complainant was registered that they (accussed) tried to destroy proofs.

There two murdered persons were brother and they frequently visit Ulhasnagar and they took a room on rent in Sant Kawarram Dharamshala room No. 13, behind Gajanan Market, Ulhasnagar-2, with them there relatives and known person from their village named 1) Subramanium (2) Srinivasan (3) Monoharam (4) P.K. Madhayan were staying in this room from 11.10.2001 from them when information about dead persons was taken then they told that both the deal persons were merchant's and their native place is Perugopanpalli Taluka  Krushnagiri, District Dhaarmapuri, Tamilnadu. This dead person were cloth merchants and took clothes on wholesale rate from Ulhasnagar and sell it in their village. To the dead person, living at their native place was inquired about this offence, he told that these two bachelor persons had no quarral with any one in the village and they were frequently going to Ulhasnagar, Mumbai for business purpose. Also, these dead persons were from Tamilnadu and might be naksalised people, that also inquired with the help of PSI Shri Divakar and Shri Morriss,Hyderaba Naksalised sail it found that these two had no connection with naksalis from post mortem resport it was cleared that theywere murdered by pulling round neck by rope and not murdered by giving poison. Unidentified accussed might be worker of readymade garment factory and looms, embroidery factory that also verified. Also verified that any worker after the incident were left the job or not & new workers are joined to the factory or not ? But no useful information was resulted.

Housing Agents also inquired that any person named Ramesh came to them or what ? But there was not use.

This two dead person were south Indian and had half knowledge of hindi, therefore while purchasing clothes and in other situations of business they had problems of the languages. then they would take help of the Dalal's of the city. With this person, they might have any money problem and quarreled with them. This situation also verified but there was no use.

Also, from the incident spot, some cartoon of card paper were found from the marketing of ;the box one Vinod Lala Jawale resident of Mohna, Ambivali having factory box making at Ulhasnagar-2 was found. He told that one person purchase box from him. When worker and people of Dharamshala were shown to him he did not identify the correct person.

On the doubt made by dead person's father Shri Chekesawan Krushnan Shetty on 1) Prakash Nagraj Shetty (2) Chekesawan Munna Swamy Shetty who werecloth merchant and were made quarral with dead persons, there two brothers were arrested on 17.11.2001. when these accussed were produced in front of the complainant and eye witness but no useful information was found. Then these two person's were released according to CRPC 169 owner of Balaji Hotel at Ulhasnagar-2, and dead persons have connection regarding the native place means both were from same native place. Also they are were coming for lunch and dinner in this hotel. Also the dead persons father told that his dead son Anub had love relation with owners sister .But it was confirmed by inquiry that this lady is a widow and didn't have any single work knowledge of Hindi and also did not have any connection with dead person Anub and that was verified also by investigation.

Regarding this offence, persons namely (1) Subramanium (2) Srinivasan (3) manoharan (4) P.K.Madhayan who were staying with dead persons had a suitcase when this suitcase was opened cash amount Rs.64,500/- was found and given back to the dead persons father from this suitcase lno useful information regarding the offence were found.

On Investing the offence it was found that in Shivparvati market, Gala No. 1, Ulhasnagar-2, one person Narayan Niyogi had his electric shop andmany persons doing dalali were having connection with him,when inquiry was done to this person he told that there as one Dalal named Sikandar Dalal was doing dalali was disappeared after incident of offence when inquiry was ldone about his address but he was not found on that place.

Regarding this offence, in the Ashirwad Dharamshala, Shiru chowk, Ulhasnagar-2, it was found that one Madansingh and his four partners were staying for 3 days before 14/10/2001. Then they left the room on 14/10/2001. This five persons were staying in Sant Kawanrram Dharamshala on 11/10/2001 where the two dead persons were also staying. But on the same day they left the room and went to the above said Dharamshala. Then also Absentee of Sikandar dalal and staying of abovementioned five persons had possibility of involvement in the offence. Investigation was done. But there was no use. Therefore as there  was no useful information of the offence on 17/07/2003 'A' final of the offence was sanctioned.
 
  Serious offences opened by the Police
 

In Ulhasnagar Police Statin, CR No.I 36/03 U/s 392,302, IPC complaint named Dinesh Kishanchand Karra resident of Rama Apt., Flat No.406, near Lassi Hall, Ulhasnagar-1, redgistered a complaint that on 20.02.2003, at home, when their wife named Hema and son named Pankaj age 3 years were alone, an unknown person entered inside the house and with the help of knob gae dangerous cuts on this Hema's body and killed uptodeath, they theft gold ornaments worth Rs.10,000/- from her body by snatching and ran away and that's why complaint was registered.

In the investigation spot Panchanama was done and Dogsquad and finger print technician were called on. By giving smell of one knob which was got on the spot, Dog was released, it wandered inside the room came upto lift, from lift it came down and reached on the road near building and afterwards he stopped there. Then after no more information was get from the dog squad. In this offence when asked to complaint that if they had doubt on anyone. Then they told that there was no quarral among them or they didn't have and quarral with anyone and so they didn't have doubt on anyone because his wife didn't keep any money relation with anyone. Also, when asked dead woman's father about this, he told there was no threaten, Problem, to her from her father in law's family or from her husban. They didn't have any doubt on them.

Regarding this offence, when inquiry made from neighbours, they also didn't have any doubt on anyone. When watchman of this building was inquired about this offence Police didn't get any useful information. Also when liftman of the lift inquired, he told that no unknown person or any person of the dead women's family went up or down.

Regarding this Offence, criminals released on bailwho are doing Gharphodi, Daroda, Jabrichori, when inquired, they also didn't give any useful information.

Regarding this offence, according to Mumbai Police Act 126 notice were given to all the Goldsmith to gave immediate information about the seller who came to sell the ornaments of dead woman to nearby Police person's or Police Station.

Regarding this offence, dead Hema's son named Pankaj age 3 years when asked to search the particular accussed among the crowd who were doing the offence.

He immediately show finger towards on person amoung the crowd, the name of the shown person was Navin Hariram Karra age 23 years resident of Snowwhite Co.op.Housing Society, B-2, near Aman Talkies, Ulhasnagar-2, This person is cousin of the complaint and when was taken under inquiry regarding the offence,he told on the day of incident, he was out of lcity due to Business work and when he got information about the incident, he immediately came to sport. When Police inquired they got confirmation that this person went to Vikhroli and Ghatkopar for business purpose on the day of lthe incident.

Regarding the offence when made inquiry of dead woman's father in law Kishinchand Hasanand Karra age 63 years and husband's brother Sanjay KIshinchand Karra, no useful information got about the offence.

Regarding the offence inquiry was done of ground floors shopowners and plumber, wireman who always used to visit the building, But no useful information got from them.

Regarding the offence 16 criminals of MOB were checked but no useful information regarding the offence was found. Also, tried to get information from the informer but useless. Then finally, on 19.9.2003 offence's "A" final was send.
