On given date time and place unknown accused entered in complainants house by breaking latch of main door and stolen Gold, Silver ornaments of Rs 1,30,150/-and bank, postal certificate from locker of iron cupboard in bedroom.

In this case accused 1.Badsaha Mansurali Khan age 22 R/o Mumbra 2.Aspak Idris Shaikh age 23 R/O/Mumbra 3.sameer Basir Ansari age 19 R/O Mumbra were arrested and after police custody remand and interrogation they were discharged from the case. Statements of neighbor and witnesses are recorded. Dog, Fingerprint expert were called. Criminals on police record and MOB suggestion were checked and other necessary investigation is carried out. Investigation is still in progress.
